POLICE MEDIA CENTRE PHQ JAMMU DGP extends New Year greetings

Director General of Police Shri Dilbag Singh has greeted the people of the State, families of the martyrs and all ranks of Jammu Kashmir Police, Security Forces and their families on the eve of New Year.
In his message, DGP J&K has expressed the hope that the new year will bring peace, prosperity and happiness to the State and its people.

JK Police Public School Srinagar secured 5th and 8th position, gets 92.8% pass percentage in class X.

JAMMU 31 December: Director General of Police Shri Dilbag Singh and Chairperson Police Wives Welfare Association (PWWA) Dr. Rubinder Kaur have congratulated Miss Ambreena Ashraf and Zeeya Jan of JK Police Public School, Bemina Srinagar for securing 5th and 8th positions respectively in class 10th annual regular examination and other successful students of the school.

DGP and Chairperson PWWA have also congratulated parents of all the students of the Police Public School, Administrative Officer, Staff members and Principal of the school. The school has got overall pass percentage of 92.04%. Seventies students have secured more than 80% marks. Out of 88 students who appeared in class 10th annual regular exams 81 students were declared successful.

The top three students of the school are Miss Ambreena Ashraf who secured 5th position by getting 494 marks ( 98.8%), Miss Zeeya Jan secured 8th position by scoring 490 marks ( 98%) and Miss Iffat has secured 96.6% who by getting 483 marks.

Shri Dilbag Singh and Dr. Rubinder Kaur while wishing the students good luck for future have hoped that the performance of the school will get better in future.
